Volunteer Registration

Friday, September 20, 2024 starting at 7:00 pm until Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 6:00 am

Marching Band Members who raise $75 or more get to attend an all night supervised lock-in and team-building event with fun, games, raffles and a 2 am pancake breakfast. Students will receive 1 raffle ticket for every $10 raised and can use the raffle tickets to win prizes!

Rock-a-thon will be held in the Cy-Falls High School Commons on Friday, September 20, 2024. Students may arrive starting at 7:00 pm – Doors will be locked at 9:00 pm. (No student will be permitted to leave after that time.)

Students are asked to bring an item based on grade level:

  • Seniors – Salty snacks (chips, pretzels, goldfish)
  • Juniors – water
  • Sophomores – case of soda (cans only, no 2 liters)
  • Freshman – Desserts, sweet snacks or fruit

Volunteers are needed to help setup and decorate during the setup shift and Chaperones are needed to help out with various duties during the event. PLEASE WEAR A CY-FALLS SHIRT. Chaperone times will be in 3 shifts. 1st shift: 6 pm – 10 pm; 2nd shift: 10 pm – 2 am; 3rd shift: 2 am – 6 am

Donations are needed to provide students the 2 am pancake breakfast. Non-perishable items can be delivered to the band hall anytime before rock-a-thon. Perishable items can be dropped off when your student arrives to rock-a-thon.
