Please help make this Holiday Dinner Concert a fun and successful event!

Sign up to help and/or donate items. All items need to be delivered to the Band Hall by Wednesday, December 10, 2025, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to the concession stand, we will also have a bake sale. If you would like to donate to the bake sale you can sign up to bring cookies, brownies or cupcakes. These items can be homemade or store bought. Please individually bag your items so each baked good is valued around $2.00.

If you prefer not to shop, but are happy to support the band, you can make a monetary donation. Sign up below to make a monetary donation. Monetary donations can be sent to Jennifer Alford via Venmo at Jennifer-Alford-94849.

Silent Auction donations can be a service, basket, gift card, etc. from you or your company. Please deliver items by 5 pm on the date of the concert, December 11th.
