Sign up to help and/or donate items. All items need to be delivered to the Band Hall by Wednesday, December 11, 2024, unless otherwise stated.
In addition to the concession stand, we will also have a bake sale. If you would like to donate to the bake sale you can sign up to bring cookies, brownies or cupcakes. These items can be homemade or store bought. Please individually bag your items so each baked good is valued around $2.00.
You can sign up to make a monetary donation at the end of the list if you prefer not to shop. Monetary donations can be sent to Cindy Hogue via Venmo at Cindy-Hogue-2.
Silent Auction donations can be a service, basket, gift card, etc. from you or your company. Please deliver items by 5 pm on December 12th.
