The Cypress Falls Winter Guards consists of 40-60 members that perform an independent indoor show in the Spring Semester. They participate in the Texas Color Guard Circuit and Winter Guard International. The members responsibilities include movement, dance, choreography and work with equipment such as flags, rifles and sabres. They will travel and compete around the city of Houston and sometimes as far as Dayton, Ohio to compete at Nationals. Depending on the year, there may be more than one winter guard group. Admission into the group requires an audition.
